Villa Gaia
Villa Giara is an elegant home , located in the territory of Fraginesi, a countryside of Castellammare Del Golfo. The villa is situated 5km from Castellammare Del Golfo, a little town where you may find all the basic services and also to do shopping. Situated 5km from Scopello and Natural Reserve of Zingaro with its renewed Tonnara and turquoise waters. The villa is surrounded by a nice garden with olive trees and various Mediterranean plants.

Villa Giara is a two-storey structure, newly built using typical Sicilian materials such as ancient majolica and massive wood staff, create warm and welcoming atmosphere, combining the practice of the new house and at the same time the charm of tradition.
The dinning room organized as a part of the open plan living room with a lovely corner for conversation, enhanced by a fair place that makes environment harmonious as well as furniture. A sliding door that opens to the living room, leads to the kitchen.
The kitchen is provided with all necessary appliances, and is structurally built according to the Sicilian tradition, that is masonry. On the ground floor there is a bath room with shower and one bedroom with twin beds. A comfortable wooden stair goes up to the first floor, there is a room with a pool table that gives the possibility to spend a pleasant time and have fun.
On the first floor there are two well furnished bedrooms , one is a double bedroom and another one is a twin bedroom. The bathroom is with Jacuzzi. From the living room is accessible a large covered veranda, fully furnished that creates a nice atmosphere for lunch and outdoor relax. There is also an external kitchen with a barbeque and a wood oven for pleasant refreshments and grills in the open.
The nice position of Villa Bianca gives the possibility to visit different sightseeing and archeological sites such as Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, Segesta, Erice, Selinunte, Marsala, Agrigento.
