The house is accessed by two entrances, one from the main street and the covered garage and another from a side street. The villa is completely surrounded by a peaceful half-acre garden where a swimming pool, areas furnished for outdoor dining and a barbecue can be found – all set against a magnificent seascape with Mt. Etna looming in the distance. Villa Parmina has been recently renovated with great attention to detail, is furnished with antiques.
