VILLA AZZURRA
Villa Azzurra is located in Terrasini’s area, along the steep and rocky coast bathed by the turquoise waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Villa is only 150 meters from the sea, about 15 km from the Airport of Palermo, about 8 km from the town of Terrasini, a tourist resort with all kind of services and shops open all year round and with interesting cultural activities that enhance the Sicilian character. The cultural city of Palermo is about 30 km away. Villa Azzurra enjoys a privileged location not only for its spectacular sea view but as well as belonging to the area protected from the Mediterranean Nature Preservation Programme. Inside, the villa offers a cosy atmosphere enhanced by a living-dining room with panoramic windows, fireplace and some handmade furnishings. There is a kitchen equipped with gas oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washing machine is available. The bedroom’s area is accessed through living – dining room. There are three bedrooms from which one with queen size bed and two with twin beds. A bathroom with shower is available too. The decoration is sober but elegant and comfortable at the same time. Outside the property is surrounded by a nice and well maintained garden with decoration plants and cultivated grass plants there is a swimming pool (6m x 12 m) with springboard and different levels of depth. The barbeque angle is one of the most enjoyable places for outdoor dinners. It is equipped not only with gas oven but with wooden hub, a characteristic element found in the traditional Sicilian cuisine and decorated with a splendid collection of ceramics from all over the world. The property has direct access to the sea through a path and further steps that lead to a small plateau on the sea. Please consider that the app. Depth is about 8m. The sandy beach of Terrasini is about 10km from the villa. There is available parking inside the property courtyard.
