The villa is situated outside the small town of Solarino, in the privileged position and hill position, by which you can enjoy a splendid landscape.
Sun villa in Sicily with private pool
The villa is externally characterized by a large car park, an orchard and a solarium equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds, among whom there is a wonderful newly built private pool. Adjacent to the solarium is derived further covered and equipped veranda around the house. Still outside, a bathroom with toilet and shower, an outdoor shower and a barbecue recently built. Inside, the house is characterized by a single large room consisting of kitchen fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with table and chairs and lounge with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, TV corner with SAT reception. From here leads to 3 bedrooms: two double and a twin. All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and fans. The bathrooms are two: one with shower also used for laundry while the second is with a bathtub.
