The villa is located just outside the small, bustling town of Solarino. Thanks to the slightly hilly position, you can enjoy a pleasant breeze throughout the summer in a beautiful landscape.

A large living room, fully furnished with table and chairs, sofas and a TV corner with SAT reception, fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry. From the inside staircase leads to the first floor, where we find the sleeping area, consisting of 4 bedrooms, including 2 double and 2 twin, bathroom with shower. Two rooms have large terraces overlooking the garden and swimming pool from which you can see Syracuse and most of the coast, the other 2 rooms are equipped with window overlooking the rear garden. Outside you can enjoy a large covered porch and large spaces ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, a small garden with lawn and decorated with plants, orchards, stone barbecue, private pool with sun terrace and furniture garden for the exclusive use of guests.
